Delete your account
You can securely delete your account without downloading the app. Deletion starts only after you sign in and give explicit confirmation.
What will be deleted?
Your account, profile information, dietitian-client relationships, meal and health records, diet lists, recipes, chats, notifications, appointments, media records, and account-linked Storage content will be deleted. Deleting a dietitian account may also delete connected client accounts under the existing account-deletion contract.
How long does it take?
Deletion starts immediately and usually completes within a few minutes. Large media archives may take longer.
Legally required records
Records that must be retained by law may remain for the required period. They are deleted or anonymized when that period ends.
Cannot be undone
Deleted accounts and data cannot be restored. Your session is closed when the process completes.
